REPORT: last chance for AC Milan boss Sinisa Mihajlovic
M.G.
As reported in the last days, the situation of AC Milan head coach Sinisa Mihajlovic remains uncertain. As outlined this morning by La Gazzetta dello Sport, tomorrow’s game against Sassuolo and –eventually- the following one with Chievo Verona could become decisive for the Serb’s future. The team stands with the 46-year-old, but not the club’s president and major shareholder Silvio Berlusconi. For the game against the neroverdi, Mihajlovic will count on his “praetorians”, like Alessio Romagnoli –who joined last Summer on the Serb’s demand- , Riccardo Montolivo –who was in good terms with him when they were both at Fiorentina- and Carlos Bacca –the team’s top scorer- even if the Colombian is not on his best physical shape. On the other hand, Berlusconi himself will visit the team today, and could be at “San Siro” for the game, even though this would put even more pressure on Mihajlovic.
