Manchester City have turned down a €25M bid for Carlos Tevez from Inter but the Nerazzurri have promptly improved their offer to €28M.

Milan and Paris Saint-Germain are still chasing the Argentine player but at this stage Inter are in pole position for the player.

“Our offer is still the one everybody knows, although right now I am not sure whether we would need Tevez,” claimed President Massimo Moratti.
