Chelsea are sure busy on the Serie A front, aren't they?

The name of Antonio Rudiger (23) is also there, according to Sky Sport Italia, for whom the Blues already have a €30 million offer ready.

It would be quite the bargain for AS Roma, who have him on loan from Stuttgart on a €9 million compulsory buyback clause.
