After a frantic summer which saw the departure of Paul Pogba and the arrival, amongst others, of Gonzalo Higuain, Juventus prepares for the final days of the transfer window with their objectives all too clear. First of all, there’s Blaise Matuidi, which thanks to the help of super-agent Mino Raiola, looks to be getting closer. At the same time, there’s the chase for Juan Cuadrado, a player desperately wanted by coach Allegri.
 

The Colombian’s agent, Alessandro Lucci has headed to London to try to convince Chelsea to accept the proposal from the bianconeri of an honorary loan-deal worth €3/4 million but with no obligation to take the player outright. Cuadrado himself wants a swift return to Turin where he spent last season on-loan and is trying to persuade new blues boss Antonio Conte to release him. Juve remain confident they can land him, but first, they will focus on Matuidi.
