    Inter fell to a shock defeat by Cagliari at the San Siro this afternoon. With some of the fans seemingly at war with striker Mauro Icardi after revelations in his new autobiography, a first-half penalty miss from the Argentine set the tone for the game. 

    Despite Joao Mario giving the nerazzurri the lead in the second-half, a Melchiorri equaliser for Cagliari was followed late-on by an extraordinary error from goalkeeper Samir Handanovic to give the Sardinian club all three points.
