The Vice-President of The Suning Group, Yang Yang, has been speaking at a China Sports Industry event. Representing the company that owns both Inter and Jiangsu, he explained that; “Our priority is to become a leader in the world of sport and then expand our activities. Suning has invested in football and we want to create a platform for the analysis of data on football hoping to accumulate industrial advantages over the coming years."
 

As reported by FCInternews, the vice-president also explained how the Chinese government helps to support entrepreneurs by stating that; “The central government has issued a series of measures to support the development of the sporting sector. Suning is divided into three sections, devoted to sports teams, the acquisition of TV rights and to the sports sector and trade. In the future, Suning will focus more specifically on its two clubs to build large teams full of exceptional players”.
