Under-fire De Boer: ‘I don’t know if I’ll be on Inter’s bench on Wednesday’
The Dutchman spoke to Mediaset Premium and Sky Italia after the game, confirming that his future is under scrutiny.
“I am always in contact with the president and Suning. They are not physically here, but we are always in touch. Everyone’s going through hard times, we can only work hard to change this situation.”
“I don’t know if I am going to be on Inter’s bench on Wednesday, I have no idea. The only thing I can do now is analyzing the game and understand why we played so badly, especially in the first half.”
“It is always difficult when we lose three games in a row. We could have scored the second, but we lost the game because we were not concentrated.”
“We gifted them the first half, we played better in the second.”
“People tend to forget things pretty quickly. We played some good games also after the Juventus clash. I think we’ve made some steps forward, but when there are no results, it is always tough. I always play the best XI.”
