Three Lyon stars recover in time for Juventus Champions League clash
The French side’s boss has recovered the likes of Emanuel Mammana, Clement and Marciej Rybus who had to remain out of action in the first game against the Old Lady due to injuries.
Mammana, a former Milan, Fiorentina and Napoli target, has five appearances with the Ligue1 giants so far this season, but remained out of action for almost two months. The Argentinean centre back moved to Lyon in a € 7.5 million bid last summer.
Rybus, a 27-year-old left-back has 11 appearances with the French side this term and skipped the last Champions League clash against Juventus due to a muscle problem, whilst Grenier has been called for Wednesday’s game but might not make return to the starting XI having skipped 11 games since the beginning of the season with a fibula injury.
Lyon have three points in the opening three games of the Champions’ League group stage and could face early elimination if they fail to win against the Serie A defending Champions in their next meeting at the J Stadium.
