PSG see offer for Liverpool star Coutinho rejected
The Brazilian is now being linked with a move to PSG, with Spanish paper AS claiming that the Ligue 1 champions have made a 23 million offer for his services.
The Madrid daily also confirms that Liverpool believe the sum to be too low.
