Lazio: why Djordjevic hasn't joined. Milan: missing Niang?
As reported earlier, Lazio Sports Director Igli Tare has confirmed the possibility to sign Juventus 30 year old forward Fabio Quagliarella at the end of the season, when also 26 year old Filip Djordjevic should join; the contract of the Serbia international with Nantes will expire in fact in June, and, interviewed by L’Equipe, the French club’s president Waldemar Kita has accused the player’s agents to be trying to take him away and has declared that he has refused to let him go in January for a ridiculous amount. Meanwhile, the situation at the capital’s club remains tense: the fans have in fact not accepted the fact that 28 year old midfielder Hernanes has left. President Claudio Lotito has denied to have yielded the Brazil international to do a favour to the nerazzurri’s president Erick Thohir, and has assured that it was impossible to keep a player that had already decided to leave, but the biancocelesti’s fans have announced –as reported by Il Messaggero- that there will be no way to solve the problems with Lotito.
During the last transfer window, AC Milan have loaned 20 year old forward Mbaye Niang to Montpellier: the youngster has already scored six goals in the eight games played with his new team, so the rossoneri, considering the recent results, could regret their choice.
