Juventus are back on the trail of Riechedly Bazoer. The 20-year-old Dutch midfielder is currently under contract at Ajax until 2020 but bianconeri CEO Beppe Marotta and Sporting Director Paratici need reinforcements in the central area to allow Marchisio to return to his more natural role in the team. After the friendly refusal of De Rossi and the obvious difficulties to get Verratti, all roads now look set to lead to Amsterdam.
 

Born in Utrecht to a family originally from Curacao, Bazoer moved to PSV Einghoven when he was just 10-years-old but in 2012, the youngster decided to switch to Ajax and since debuting at 18, he’s become one of the pillars of the team. Able to play in front of the defence as a holding player, he’s being called the “New Viera” and in Italy he has also been linked to both Inter and Napoli. Juventus however, have opened negotiations with his representatives but the problem looks to be the price; Ajax are not ready to listen to offers of less than €20 million, but Juventus continue to monitor the situation.
