Inter Update: De Boer could go before Thursday, Youth Team Coach put on alert

It has become increasingly apparent that Inter Coach Frank De Boer and some of his players has reached historic lows, and that every faction in the Nerazzurri’s management, including the Chinese, are now certain that changing coaches as quickly as possible is the best thing to do.

A meeting took place today at Appiano Gentile between Javier Zanetti, manager Giovanni Gardini and director of sport Piero Ausilio, in which it was agreed that Inter didn’t have to wait until Thursday’s Europa League tie to sack De Boer.

Management apparently want to avoid Thursday’s game turning into a disaster, which is why they are willing to consider an alternative… but they’re waiting for ownership, their Chinese owners having gone to bed last night to take stock, instead of making an immediate decision.

In the meanwhile, youth team Coach Stefano Vecchi has been put on alert, while the popularity of Stefano Pioli is on the rise, while Andre Villas-Boas and Marcelo Bielsa would probably want a longer commitment, and are hence less of a possibility.
