A. Next year it surely will be a second team with some of the Primavera players together with some from the first team #askGalli
Q. Hi, what is the differences between AC Milan youth system & barca's? Are they way advanced? What is your vision?
A. Barça's youth system is our model: we want to provide more and more players to the first team #askGalli
Q. How many centre backs coming and how many leaving the next transfer window ?

Q. How many of the young players do u expect to make in the senior side? Is there a nesta in them? #askGalli A. Our goal is to provide at least 1 player per year to the first team. I'd say there is no Nesta :) #askGalli

Q. #askGalli Cristante ha davvero ottime qualità per essere paragonato a uno come Pirlo?
A. #cristante ha sicuramente qualità importanti ma mi sembra prematuro fare paragoni con #pirlo. #askGalli
Q. Secondo lei per un ragazzo è meglio crescere in primavera o fare esperienza giocando in altre società in lega pro?
A. Credo non si possa generalizzare, per ogni ragazzo deve essere creato un percordo individuale #askGalli

A. He is a very talented player but still he's very young. There are some rules to respect. #askGalli
Q. What do you usually do to motivate young players? #askGalli
A. We've a motivator for #primavera and a dedicated psychologists team for the youth sector.That's really important #askGalli
Q. How many football academies do you have around the world ? A. There are 15 football academies all around the world and 105 in Italy/15 nel mondo e 105 in Italia. #askGalli

Q. As our youth is becoming more famous, how do we protect them from getting distracted by the media and fame/pressure?
A. There's a communication dedicated staff for that and they help them to keep focusing on football. #askGalli
Q. C'è la academia di Milan in Giappone. Ma adesso ci sono nelle altri paesi? E aumenterà? A. Ti confermo che al momento le scuole calcio in Giappone sono 2:ci concentriamo più sulla qualità che sulla quantità
Q. #askGalli come mai la #Primavera non riesce a imporsi a livello giovanile con costanza rispetto ad altri club? Cosa ci manca?
A. Vincere fa sempre piacere ma il nostro primo obiettivo è formare il calciatore! #askGalli
