Daniele Rugani is considered one of the most promising defenders of the Serie A. After an excellent season at Empoli, the 21-year-old joined Juventus last summer, and –despite a few minutes played in the Champions League game against Sevilla- is constantly sitting on the bench. The bianconeri head coach Massimiliano Allegri is totally confident in the young player, but he wants him to grow up with calm.

On the other hand, many clubs are observing Rugani’s situation. One of them, as reported in the last weeks, is Arsenal, but –according to calciomercato.com’s expert Fabrizio Romano- also Napoli and Fiorentina are keen on the Italy Under 21 international. The azzurri’s boss Maurizio Sarri is thinking about his former center back as the perfect partner for Koulibaly, and his club is ready to offer 18 million euros plus bonuses; the viola would accept the player even on loan.

At the moment, the Piedmont’s club executives have no intention to let Rugani leave: the youngster will get some chances to play in the next months, and in January they will evaluate the possibility to loan him or to accept an offer, but, in general, they consider him as part of Juve’s project.
