    Confused Frank De Boer is really on the brink now

    What a nightmare this beginning of the season is being for Frank De Boer. Critics had praised the Dutchman after Inter’s 1-0 win over Southampton in Europa League on Thursday despite a very poor performance. Inter could manage one single shot on target sealing the three points.

    Against Atalanta, Inter collected their sixth defeat in the opening 12 games of the season.

    De Boer started Marcelo Brozovic and Geoffrey Kondogbia in place of Ever Banega and Antonio Candreva. De Boer is clearly a confused manager at the moment. His choices and Inter’s poor results are there to prove how badly the manager is being coaching the nerazzurri side so far.

    ​There were sacking rumours even before today’s defeat against Atalanta, imagine what’s going to happen now with Inter that sit 14th in the table, closer to the relegation area than to a Champions League spot.

    Inter chiefs are considering the future of the Dutchman now and the next home Serie A game against Torino could be the decisive one to know whether De Boer will manage to save his job at the San Siro.
