Boca, Vice-President; "Only an informal proposal from Milan for Bentancur"
A transfer that has become more complicated in the last few hours and has led Milan to change their focus; Rodrigo Bentancur has been a rossoneri target for some time and a €13 million bid has been tabled. Boca Juniors however, has an agreement with Juventus who are able to take the 19-year-old as part of last summer’s transfer involving Carlos Tevez, up until April 2017.
Milan has issued an ultimatum to the Argentine giants and midnight is the cut-off time to accept their rival offer. From Buenos Aires comes a response that makes Bentancur’s chances of wearing the rossoneri jersey unlikely; Vice–President Royco Ferrari has told Muy Boca Radio that; “Milan’s offer for the player is an informal one, we hope they make it official”.
