Why Roma have refused another Chelsea offer for Manolas
The Sun has recently confirmed that the Pensioners have made another offer to the Giallorossi, which has also been shot down.
It's worth reminding everyone that it makes little economic sense for Roma to part with the Greek international this summer, since former club Olympiakos would be owed half of the proceeds from any sale this summer. Roma could sell him in January everything and pocket the whole sum.
