West Ham want to replace Zaza with former Man City, Inter flop Jovetic
It looks like Stevan Jovetic could find an alternative to the Chinese Premier League: West Ham!
The Montenegrin looks as marginalized as ever ahead of the January transfer window, his time at Inter being reduced to a few cameo appearances in Serie A.
London website Here Is The City suggest, however, that Jovetic could find himself on a plane to London quite soon, claiming that West Ham could be interested in the 27-year-old.
The former Manchester City player has been reduced to four appearances this season in the league, making only 30 in two seasons with Manchester City, scoring eight times.
The Montenegrin used to be a star in Italy, quickly becoming a leader at Fiorentina, where he scored 27 goals in his last two season there before completing a €26 million move to Manchester.
The idea is that West Ham would be offloading Simone Zaza, who is considered to be a dud, one who could become €20m more expensive if he isn’t sent back to Juventus before his release clause is automatically activated.
