Inter are also fascinated by the prospect of signing Marco Verratti, who is being linked with a move away from PSG this summer.
Otherwise, the defence has proved to be a problem, with the likes of Jeison Murillo struggling massively. This would explain why names such as Marquinhos and Viktor Lindelof are being linked to the Beneamata.
In midfield, new Coach Stefano Pioli has been linked to his former protege at Lazio, Lucas Biglia, as well as another capable central midfielder, Luiz Gustavo of Wolfsburg.
To add to the attack, the Corriere dello Sport recently reported that Alexis Sanchez is in the Nerazzurri’s sights, not to mention Federico Bernardeschi and Domenico Berardi.
