Thiago Silva put to the test with Barcellona

Thiago Silva put to the test with Barcellona

Barcelona-Milan hides some interesting background to the market. There is the great ex Zlatan Ibrahimovic, returning to Italy twelve months ago for a 'moderate' figure of 24 million euro after being paid twice as much a year before to snatch him away from Inter (who in exchange obtained Eto'o as well).
According to rumours in exchange for the discount, the Catalan club would get some kind of option in the future transfers of the Brazilian aces Pato and Thiago Silva. The latter revealed last June that he had been contacted by Barcelona, but Galliani declared him non-transferable, with a contract just renewed until 2016.

Tonight the Brazilian defender born in 1984 has the difficult task of stopping Messi; to do this would be a great business card in the eyes of those who, perhaps in a few years, could become his new teammates and his new fans.

Instead, two players who AC Milan had their eyes on in last summer session of the market should not enter the pitch: the Malian midfielder Seydou Keita and Brazilian left-back Maxwell, former Ajax and Inter Milan, assisted by the agent Mino Raiola (the same as Ibra).
