Serie A Matchday 6: Top 5 performers of the week-end

Serie A matchday 6 has been an interesting one as Juventus and Napoli both won their matches and are respectivily 1rst and 2nd in the standings. Here are our top 5 individual performances of the week-end in the Serie A :

5- Baldé Keita (Lazio): Keita was very lively for Lazio today in their game versus Empoli as he scored the match-winner in the 29th minute of play and showed his skills with bursting runs. Lazio went on to win 2-0.

4- Gianluigi Donnarumma (Milan): The young Italian keeper stared Illicic down and his presence seemingly forced the Fiorentina man into missing his penalty kick. Donnarumma also made a few more saves during the game which allowed Milan to get a hard fought 0-0 draw away to Fiorentina.

3- Marek Hamsik (Napoli) : Hamsik scored a beauty yesterday as Napoli beat Chievo 2-0. More importantly, it was his 100th goal for the club , a number superior to Diego Maradona's Napoli tally. This was a vintage Hamsik performance.

2- Andrea Belotti (Torino) : The recent Italian national team call-up was at it again today as he scored one and assisted another as his Torino side beat Roma 3-1.

1- Iago Falqué (Tornio): Iago Falqué proved to be too much for Roma's defense as he scored twice in Torino's 3-1 win over Roma. He is our performer of the day.
