Serie A, Juventus-Pescara | Predicted lineups Stats Facts

Juventus face Pescara tonight in Serie A matchday 13. The Old Lady’s enjoying a four-point lead over AS Roma and want to stretch her advantage on the giallorossi ahead of their away match to Bergamo against Atalanta.

With Medhi Benatia and Andrea Barzagli out of action, Max Allegri is set to use a 3-5-2 with Patrice Evra deployed as left defender in the three-man line at the back. Stephan Lichtsteiner is likely to start on the right with Alex Sandro on the opposite edge. As for midfielders Hernanes, Marchisio, Asamoah and Pjanic are battling it out for two spots in midfield with Sami Khedira who is going to start. Mario Mandzukic and Gonzalo Higuain will play up front.

Former Juventus winger Simone Pepe is going to be relegated to the bench for Pescara but could enter the pitch in the second half, whilst Juventus will have a chance to keep a close eye on Andrea Caprari who snubbed a move to Juventus to sign with Inter last summer. The Italian striker is now on loan at Pescara but has only netted one Serie A goal so far this season.
