Samir Nasri wants permanent switch from Manchester City to Sevilla

Samir Nasri completed a loan switch to Sevilla last summer from Manchester City last summer and the French midfielder seems to have finally recovered his old shape during his loan spell in the Spanish league.

Man City boss Pep Guardiola wanted him out of the Etihad during the last transfer window and, according to the Sun, the former France International has informed Guardiola that he doesn’t want to return to England at the end of the 2016-17 campaign.

Sevilla do not have an option to buy the player on a permanent deal at the end of the season and the 29-year-old has still two years left on his contract with the Etihad outfit.

The LaLiga giants will try to make a concrete offer either in January or at the end of the season to secure Nasri’s permanent move.

The Frenchman has three goals and one assist in eight appearances with Sevilla in all competitions this term.
