    Roma, in England they are sure: Nainggolan to Chelsea

    Radja Nainggolan will be a player of Chelsea next season. That's the message coming out of the UK this morning as The Mirror reports that the West London club has prepared a bid of €36 million for the Belgian midfielder.

    The journal also reports the player will sign a five-year-deal at Stamford Bridge.
