REPORT: Napoli reach agreement with Kums

Napoli are concretely interested in KAA Gent midfielder Sven Kums. The azzurri already reached an agreement with the 28-year-old.
 
Now, Napoli will have to negotiate with the Belgian club, which is asking for €10 million, while the azzurri are offering €6 million.
