Report: Juventus ready to splash €35m on Chelsea target Kessie', fellow youth Caldara
Juventus are ready to splash the cash for two young Atalanta talents, according to our sources.
Franck Kessie’ and Mattia Caldara have impressed all season long for Atalanta and, despite losing 3-1 to the Turinese side on Saturday, are justifying a €35 million spend from the Bianconeri’s technical director, Giuseppe Marotta.
Having won eight out of their previous ten Serie A games, the Bergamasque team looks set to obtain a king’s ransom for some of its youngsters, Kessie’, Caldara, Andrea Conti and Roberto Gagliardini in pole position.
Kessie’ has done so well this season (scoring five Serie A goals), enough to fetch a €30m pricetag, not to mention the interest of Juventus, Chelsea and Arsenal.
Caldara, for his part, is also being chased by Roma and AC Milan, and we recently revealed that the Bianconeri are ahead of the competition.
