According to FIFA agent & South American expert, Angelo Arquilla, Paris Saint-Germain could be making an offer to Francesco Totti if he was seriously considering leaving Roma.

“If PSG don’t sign Carlos Tevez, I am not excluding that they could aim for Totti,” said Arquilla. “I am doing business with Al Thani, the cousin of Mansour Bin Zayed. Totti would be welcomed in Paris with open arms.”

Arquilla also spoke about Tevez: “Juventus are just interfering. PSG have agreed a deal with Manchester City but the player gave his word to Milan,” noted the agent.

“Inter have practically signed Juan and Juraj Kucka. They are respecting their new policy for young players. Roma should sign Dedè, I think he is perfect for them. I know him very well because I work with Vasco da Gama and I also know their intentions. Just recently they modified the buyout clause on the contract so 7M Euros may no longer be enough.

“But he is a gifted player and humble. He would settle in well at the Olimpico. In my opinion, it doesn’t make much sense to sign Raul Albiol. Why get players from Real Madrid’s bench with such an high wage?

“Neymar is not going anywhere at the moment, he will be stronger than Lionel Messi. I know him and his parents. I watched him play when he was 15 and with the Santos Director of Sports we knew straight away he was a world class player.

“He would have loved to join Roma but even back then he was already really expensive. Now taking him away from Santos it’s almost impossible,” concluded Arquilla.
