PSG drop Juventus target Matuidi, Raiola's on the case!
By choosing the 4-2-3-1, Unai Emery left out the former Saint Etienne player from his starting lineup, only throwing him on with fifteen minutes to go.
The problem with the 29-year-old is that he struggles to play behind the strikers, or even in a two-man midfield.
Emery himself has said that "Matuidi should stay, but I'm not the only one who decides".
Essentially, he doesn't believe him to be indispensable. Juventus have already given superagent Mino Raiola carte blanche to try to snag the French international, but it will be complicated, with PSG's high demands (€35 million) way more than what the Bianconeri are willing to pay.
Then again, Juventus already have Matuidi's agreement, and someone like Raiola is known for solving difficult problems...
