Pogba: ‘Juventus the team of my heart’
As it is widely known, the Frenchman is the hottest commodity in Serie A, although Juventus have put a € 100 million price-tag on him. According to the player’s agent, last summer the Bianconeri side have rejected a € 85 million bid for the 22-year-old. Talking to the thematic channel JTV, Pogba has shown no regrets for not having joined the La Liga giants.
“Juventus was the first team to believe in me. This is the club of my heart”, he told the Italian press.
Pogba was also asked to share his best memories since he joined the club.
“My favorite victory is the home game against Napoli, when have I scored my first goal for the club. I have also enjoyed the 2-1 win snatched against them two years ago.”
“Wearing the n.10 shirt is an honor to me. Many of the best players have worn it. It doesn’t put any extra pressure on me. In the last few Serie A games I have wrote a little +5 close to it just for personal reasons, I don’t understand why people have strange ideas about it.”
“I hope that one day I’ll be strong enough to win a Balon d’Or and a World Cup: in a few words I want to win everything.”
