Juve: keen on Heurtaux. Inter: Kovacic's renewal farther
As reported earlier today, Juventus are interested in Udinese 26-year-old defender Thomas Heurtaux: as outlined by calciomercato.com, the Frenchman is particularly admired by the bianconeri’s head coach Massimiliano Allegri, who is still dealing with the injury of 33-year-old Andrea Barzagli; the former Caen player is evaluated between 5 and 6 million euros, and the good relations between the two clubs could ease his eventual transfer. As reported in the last days, the Serie A defending champions are evaluating the possibility to sell their midfielder Arturo Vidal, but, during an interview accorded to Sky Sport, the Piedmont’s club General Manager Giuseppe Marotta has assured that the team counts on the Chile international, and that there is no will to sell the 27-year-old, whose contract has perhaps been renewed; the executive has also declared that 21-year-old Paul Pogba could enter in Juve’s history. Also Inter Milan are interested in an Udinese player, 21-year-old right back Silvan Widmer, but, interviewed by Fcinternews, Freddy Strasser, agent of the former Aarau player has denied to have been contacted by the nerazzurri. Another priority for the Lombard club is renewing the contract of their attacking midfielder Mateo Kovacic, but during today’s press conference, the Croatia international has been quite elusive about the new deal.
