José Mourinho is the winner of the "Panchina d'Oro" (Golden Bench) 2009/2010.  The Portuguese has won the prize after losing out to Massimiliano Allegri last year.

Second place went to Gigi Del Neri, who with Sampdoria won an unexpected qualification to the Champions League. Third came Claudio Ranieri, in second place in the league and Italy Cup with Roma. It was the coaches themselves who voted. Here are all the awards given at Coverciano for the 2009/2010 season:
