    Paletta's agent confirms: 'He will stay at AC Milan'

    As reported last night, AC Milan defender Cristian Zapata will have to remain out of the pitch for about three months, so that the rossoneri have decided to keep the 30-year-old Gabriel Paletta.

    Martin Guastadisegno, agent of the Argentine-born Italian player, told calciomercato.com: “He has two more years on his contract, he will stay.”

    The former Parma man is the only experienced player of the Lombard team’s defendive line, so it would be too risky for Milan to sell him.
