Paletta 'dreams of playing for Italy, staying at Milan for many years'
Having taken over the reins in defence recently, the Argentine has generally helped the Rossoneri stabilize things at the back, and when that failed against Sassuolo, he made up for it by netting a beauty in this weekend’s 4-3 win over Sassuolo.
His agent is now confirming that Paletta hopes to stay for long - something he confirmed to us in July - and that he will fight hard to get back into the Azzurri fold.
“I’m really happy for Gabriel because he’s a great person, not to mention a good player,” Martin Guastadisegno told MilanNews.it.
“He’s happy with his goal and with what he’s doing, he’s a professional who will always give everything and he deserves everything that is happening at Milan right now.
“I’m sure he’ll keep working even more to stay in MIlan for a few more years, and maybe crown his dream of wearing the Italy shirt again… he really deserves it”.
