OFFICIAL, Napoli fans banned from attending Juventus game
The ban on Napoli fans attending matches against Juventus in Turin continues after it was announced earlier that the same security measures would be put into operation for the crunch clash on November 5.
The authorities in Turin, headed by Renato Saccone, have banned any sales of tickets to residents of Campania even if they are in possession of the tessera del tifoso, an identity card that allows them to attend away matches. The sector Nord of the J Stadium, usually set aside for visiting teams, will also be closed. Saccone explained that; “The measure has been adopted on the basis of safety measures carried out by the Ministry of the Interior and to the past incidents between the two sets of supporters”.
