    Official: Belotti pens new Torino contract with €100m release clasue

    Andrea Belotti has signed a new contract with Torino until 2021 and a € 100 million release clause included his new deal with the granata. The release clause can only be activated by foreign clubs. Belotti, 22, has 11 goals in 14 appearances in all competitions so far this season and his performances have attracted the interest of Liverpool, Manchester United, Everton and AC Milan.

    Belotti has recently made his senior rebut with Italy national team and has now three goals in five appearances with the azzurri.

    Torino have confirmed the player’s contract extension through their official website.

    “I’m delighted to announce that Belotti has signed a contract extension until 2021 and with a € 100 million release clause which can only be activated by foreign clubs”, the club’s president Urbano Cairio said yesterday night while attending the ‘Torinese of the year’ award which was given to the highly rated Italian striker.
