Alessandro Nesta may approach the end of his career in Rossonero. Milan could allow the 36-year-old centre-back to leave San Siro in June.

According to reports, Milan have already looked out for a replacement and are following John Terry, Benedikt Howedes and Pepe.

Too many injuries have undermined Nesta’s career although when fit the player has never let down the Rossoneri. But with Philippe Mexes improving his performances, Milan end Nesta’s spell. Mario Yepes is also expected to leave in the summer.

Sneijder to Chelsea with Mou

According to Tuttosport, Inter ace Wesley Sneijder could leave the Nerazzurri in the summer and join Chelsea.

The Dutchman is unsettled in San Siro and already asked President Massimo Moratti to leave the club.

Sneijder is now checking his options and would be delighted if José Mourinho also moved to Stamford Bridge. Having played in La Liga and Serie A, Sneijder is really tempted to try himself in the English Premier League.
