Napoli: back for Gonalons? Inter: Rolando wants to stay
Napoli have finally found a backup for their goalkeeper Pepe Reina, after the injury suffered by 23 year old Rafael Cabral –who has undergone knee-surgery in Brazil and will need about six months to recover- : 33 year old Toni Doblas –until now a free-agent- has in fact signed a four-month deal with the azzurri. Perhaps, as highlighted by calciomercato.com, the future of Reina, actually on loan from Liverpool, remains uncertain. Napoli are also seeking a winger, and FIFA agent Robson Ferreira has told ultimecalcionapoli.it that Cruzeiro 24 year old Everton Ribeiro will move to Naples after the World Cup; but such option has been denied by the Italian club itself, and the player, as highlighted by calcionapoli24, should finally join a Premier League club. Another priority for the azzurri is the signing of a high-rated midfielder, and Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has declared that the agent of 24 year old Maxime Gonalons has told him that Napoli will be back for the Italy international, that he would like to keep but will let leave in case of an important offer. Gonalons is perhaps also considered a target for Inter Milan, who could loose 22 year old Esteban Cambiasso, tracked –as highlighted by Tuttosport- by River Plate. Meanwhile, 28 year old center back Rolando, actually on loan from FC Porto, has told Sky that he would like to remain at the Lombard club.
