The 20-year-old is not getting many chances to play with the Aguias (partly due to injury), and could be willing to begin a new adventure in his home country, even without the guarantee of being a starter.
Napoli are always keeping a watchful eye on young talent, as proved by the signing of players like Marek Hamsik, Kalidou Koulibaly, Duvan Zapata and Elseid Hysaj. All players whose value has increased enormously since joining the Partenopei.
Though it’s too early to say what will happen in the future, president De Laurentiis’s project is clear: to find young players and have them develop at the “San Paolo”, so as to be sold on for a profit.
