Milan sent scout to watch Ben Arfa, Galliani in for January swoop?
The French press has reported that the Rossoneri sent a scout to watch the former Newcastle and Hull City hopeful play Reims at the Stade August Delaune.
The troublesome Nice player has simply been tearing Ligue 1 apart since returning from the Premier League (see video below), and could be brought in either at a premium in January or even on a Bosman in June, as his contract expires then.
With Milan saying goodbye to both Keisuke Honda and Alessio Cerci, Galliani will need to reinforce his creative department, and Ben Arfa could be just that man. But will he forgive eventual team-mate Nigel De Jong for breaking his tibia back when he was a Magpie and De jong played for City? Ben Arfa played 76 times for Newcastle in EPL action, notching 13 goals.
He has 7 in twice as many games in Ligue 1 this season. A winner of the 2004 Under-17 European Championships with France, he lifted the trophy along with Karim Benzema and Samir Nasri, as well as Milanisti Kevin Constant and Jeremy Menez.
