Today looks set to be the day that Vincenzo Montella becomes the new coach of AC Milan. The Sampdoria boss has quickly become the front-runner to succeed Cristian Brocchi on the bench of the rossoneri. To get their man, Milan will have to compensate Samp to the tune of €1.1 million. Brocchi is expected to visit President Silvio Berlusconi in hospital today to explain why he decided against working in tandem with Fabio Capello next season. The 40-year-old now looks set to take over at Serie B side Brescia.
