    Milan: interest in Driussi confirmed

As calciomercato.com has been stating over the past week, River Plate striker Sebastian Driussi is a transfer target for Milan. Tuttosport today confirms that the rossoneri have made contact with the Argentine giants about the 20-year-old striker who’s future could now lie in Serie A.

The player has had a great season for Los Millonarios and looks to have finally reached the potential that many observers thought he was capable of. New Milan Sporting Director Mirabelli has been aware of the young talent for some time having had him under observation when he was head of scouting at Inter. Now he could use his South American contacts to bring him to city rivals Milan.

Driussi, who has an Italin passport, has a €10 million buy-out clause in his current deal which expires in 2019 and why this is a high price for a player that still has much to prove, the journal believes that the rossoneri are prepared to take the gamble to bring him to Europe.
