Milan: good-bye Prandelli. Juve: Mandzukic farther

As anticipated earlier today, the situation at AC Milan is extremely critical, with the first team’s coach Clarence Seedorf who risks to be fired: according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the club will wait for the game against Fiorentina to make a decision about the Dutchman, while in the mid-time, 23 year old striker Mario Balotelli has posted on his Facebook profile a declaration that could hide an accusation to his coach. His assistant Mauro Tassotti is ready to replace him, but, even in case of a good results in Florence, it seems difficult that the former midfielder will be confirmed for the next season: this morning there have been some rumours regarding the possibility for the rossoneri to sign the Italian national team coach Cesare Prandelli, but the 56 year old has extended this afternoon his deal with the Italian Federation until June 2016. Also the future of 24 year old attacking midfielder Adel Taarabt remains uncertain: the Morocco international, actually on loan with right to buy from Queens Park Rangers, despite some positive performances is not having any more chances to play, even if, as highlighted by calciomercato.com, this could be a tactic to deal with the English club on a different basis.
As well known, Serie A defending champions and current leaders Juventus are seeking a new striker, and one of their main targets for such position is 27 year old Mario Mandzukic, who seems intentioned to leave Bayern Munich because of the imminent arrival of Robert Lewandowski: interviewed by Welt am Sonntag, the Bavarian club’s chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has declared that the Croatia international has a contract to honor and that he believes that he will finally stay.
