Milan: also Witsel on target. Juve: Draxler farther?

AC Milan keep on working to reinforce their team for the upcoming season, and, as well known, their dream is to bring 33-year-old striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic –who has one more year on his contract with Paris Saint-Germain- back to “San Siro”: as reported by the Corriere della Sera, the rossoneri, who already have an agreement with the player, are waiting for a sign from Paris Saint-Germain, even if the Swede has told Yahoo Sport that he would like to play in the MLS; another important target for the Lombardian club –as outlined by the same media- is AS Roma 20-year-old center back, but Milan are also evaluating other options for their defense, like Monaco 26-year-old Aymen Abdennour: according to L’Equipe, also Barcelona are interested in the Tunisia international. According to La Repubblica, the rossoneri’s president Silvio Berlusconi is also thinking about a third strike on the transfer market, Zenit St. Petersburg 26-year-old defensive midfielder Axel Witsel. Regarding the possible departures, the Lombardian club, as reported by the Corriere della Sera, have refused an offer for 31-year-old striker Alessandro Matri, as the first team’s coach Sinisa Mihajlovic is confident in the player.
As reported yesterday, Juventus are keen on Schalke 04 21-year-old attacking midfielder Julian Draxler: according to Bild, also Wolfsburg –who could sell Kevin De Bruyne to Manchester City- are interested in the World Champion.
