Miha: 'Milan could use 4-3-3 against Samp, 4-4-2 the future'
With the Serbian coach the object of repeated speculation about his tenure, and the team only two days away from a meeting with owner Silvio Berlusconi, Mihajlovic needed to avoid a defeat "as it would be a catastrophe".
Constantly being asked to adopt his formation, the Serbian coach hinted that the Rossoneri could line up with three up front once again, despite star midfielder Jack Bonaventura claiming that the team was too cautious against Juventus.
"The 4-4-2 remains our reference point, our objective, though we may use the 4-3-3 on Saturday against Sampdoria".
According to our Opta stats, only two teams (Bologna and Verona) have taken less shots on goal so far in Serie A than Milan, who have 41 in 13 games.
