Man Utd, Liverpool and Inter target ‘can leave for the right offer’
This morning, the portal Haberturk reported an advanced status of negotiations between the two clubs, even if Kaya’s San Siro move might not be as straightforward as it appears from the Turkish media.
Galatasaray’s Sporting Director Cenk Ergun released an exclusive interview with calciomercato.com in order to have a clearer picture of the negotiations between the Italian and the Turkish side.
“We are still in good terms with our former boss Roberto Mancini”, Mr. Ergun declared.
“We also know that Semih [Kaya] is very appreciated by the current Inter manager. Despite this we are currently not negotiating the player’s sell as he is totally committed to Galatasaray and Turkish national team right now.”
“I believe he has all the right skills to become a top player and it comes as no surprise to me that the best European clubs pounced on him. If we’ll receive an adequate offer in the next transfer window, we’d be more than happy to let Kaya join a huge European side.”
The 24 year old, whose contract with Gala is going to expire in 2018, was previously reported to be on Manchester United and Liverpool target’s. Mancini, by the way, will have to wait until the next transfer window to make a bid for the Turkish central defender as Inter have already filled their quota of three non-EU players for this season.
