Lazio refuse Keita-Gabbiadini swap
Keita’s Lazio contract runs until 2018 and the Serie A side hope to persuade the product of Barcelona academy to extend his stay at the Olimpico even if the club’s offer is still very far from matching the player’s demands.
According to the Italian paper, Lotito only wants to sell Keita for an offer exceeding € 30 million, possibly to a foreign club.
The Senegalese winger has justified his market value scoring four goals and registering three assists in ten Serie A games this season. Serie A giants Juventus, Inter and AC Milan are being monitoring the 21-year-old who could leave the Olimpico at the end of the season if he fails to sign a new deal with the club.
Manolo Gabbiadini could also be looking for an escape route from the San Paolo as the Italian striker is struggling with game time under Maurizio Sarri despite the long layoff of Arkadiusz Milik who is Napoli’s first-choice striker.
