Lazio midfielder Lucas Biglia will have to remain out of the pitch for at least 45 days, so the biancocelesti
are thinking about replacing the former Anderlecht man.

The Roman club is considering the possibility to sign a free agent like the 33-year-old Raul Meireles, but they could also decide to deploy someone from their youth team.
