Latest updates on Totti’s contract renewal
According to this morning’s edition of La Repubblica, Roma have offered their legendary captain a fixed salary plus huge bonuses like € 500.000 linked with a Champions League placement or the Serie A victory.
Totti, however, has reportedly asked a 10-year-contract as a director after the end of the 2016-17 season as well as keeping his own image rights. AS Roma don’t want to negotiate a deal but consider their proposal a take-it-or-leave it offer and the captain's future at the club is still uncertain.
