Kaka: Hard to imagine Milan without Berlusconi and Galliani
It appears that Milan will struggle to let go of Silvio Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani.
Set to leave the club after the Chinese takeover is completed early next month, the two mainstays have left quite a mark, despite struggling in recent years.
Berlusconi acquired the club in 1986, and immediately brought Galliani in to help him build a behemoth, eventually winning five European Cups and and eight Serie A titles.
One player who will miss the duo is club legend Kaka, who is currently playing at Orlando City.
“It’s a bit hard to process this”, the former Brazil international told Sky Italia, “Galliani and Berlusconi represent Milan’s best years. We’ll see what happens. I hope it’s not their last derby”.
“Milan are doing very well this year. As a fan, I hope Montella can line up the best team possible against Inter, and that fans will show up to the stadium en masse, so that they can celebrate a Rossoneri win”.
