‘Juventus want to keep Cuadrado, no regrets for Coman exit’, says Marotta

Juventus CEO Giuseppe Marotta released an interview with SportMediaset ahead of the Turin derby talking about the Old Lady’s transfer strategies.

“We’ve talked a lot with Allegri, but never about his contract extension. It’s not a priority right now and is something easy to solve.”

“Results are not the only thing we look at when we have to evaluate the manager’s job, [against Bayern]we lost a game which was as difficult as a semi-final.”

“We believe Allegri has done a good job, we trust him and we are on good terms.”

“Conte has not officially became Chelsea’s new manager yet, but his appointment would confirm we are able to find some of the best players and managers out there.”

“We will try to keep Cuadrado. We want to keep our best players, but it is still too early to talk about it. The level of Chelsea and Juventus players is the same.”

“Coman wanted to leave. He had joined us a free agent and if Bayern will make his transfer permanent we’ll cash in € 28 million, which is as much as we spent for Dybala or Alex Sandro last year.”
